Each order will be a Designer’s Choice. Our skilled florists will do their best to capture the essence and style of the arrangement you see,
but due to availability, substitutions will be necessary. Rest assured, every bouquet will be crafted with care to maintain its intended charm and elegance.
After the holiday season, our shops still have a limited supply of flowers and containers. As a result, we will need to make substitutions for both.

All other cities are completely SOLD OUT. Orders for areas outside these cities will be processed after Christmas.
Substitutions of flowers and containers must be made in the cities where delivery is available.
All orders will be designers choice according to the dollar value of your selected arrangement.

ALL OTHER CITIES IN CANADA ARE SOLD OUT. If you place an order for a city aside from these three cities, it will not be able to be delivered until Feb 15th.
All orders will be Designer Choice as shops are sold out of most of the flowers for the design recipes. So your flowers will NOT look like the photo you choose.
