Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

If your flowers arrive damaged or are not satisfactory please give us a call and we will work to rectify your floral order.

Refunds

We will issue refunds for flowers if they arrive broken or are in unacceptable condition.  Please contact us with any issues.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {customerservice@growerdirect.com}.


Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items can be refunded if they are not what was ordered.

Exchanges

If your flower delivery is damaged or not what was ordered please call us and we will have it exchanged for new flowers.
