Can I cancel at any time?

You can cancel your order if it has not left our flower shop for delivery to the recipient.

What if I'm not 100% satisfied?

We offer a money-back guarantee on all floral or gift basket orders. If substitutions are needed, we will inform you before sending out the arrangement.

What happens after I place an order?

Once you have placed your flower order with us, our skilled floral professionals go to work to build your arrangement and get it ready for delivery.

What if my flowers can not be delivered on the day requested?

Sometimes particular circumstances may result in your flowers not being able to be delivered. If this is the case, your floral order will come back to our flower cooler, and you will be notified of the issue.

When an order is not delivered on the same day, there may be several reasons:
Most orders placed before noon in the city of delivery should be dispatched the same day unless the recipient is not home for delivery or there are severe weather issues. Either way, you will be notified of the situation.

What days and hours are you open?

We are open 8:30 am until 4:30 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 2 pm on Saturday.

Is there an offer code or coupon code I can use for online purchases?

To receive great deals on flowers, sign up for our mailing list, and we will send you weekly flower deals and discounts for our great patrons.

Can you deliver at a specific time to a funeral?

Yes, funeral deliveries are our specialty, and we will make sure your arrangement arrives well before the service to ensure it will be displayed at the right time.

What areas do you deliver flowers to?

We can deliver almost anywhere in Canada and the United States.

Is in-store pick-up available for orders purchased online?

Yes, we can arrange for pick-up orders on your online orders. We will contact you and either have the delivery charge refunded to your credit card, or we can add the delivery value to upgrade your floral arrangement.

How are shipping and delivery charges determined?

They are determined by the delivery companies who deliver your flowers. In most cases, it is a flat fee, but if your flowers need to be delivered outside of a major centre we will notify you of any delivery charges that may need to be applied.

What about substitutions?

In some cases, substitutions may need to be made, but the flower sender will be notified in this event. In addition, across North America, some flower shops carry different varieties of flowers, so there is a potential for substitution.

Can I pick a delivery time?

You can specify a specific time, and we can usually meet that requirement. However, if there is any issue in getting your flowers delivered by a particular time, you will be notified beforehand so alternative arrangements can be made.

Can I get same-day delivery?

Yes, most all orders placed before noon in the city of delivery will be delivered with our same-day delivery guarantee.

Can I make a change to my order?

Of course, you can. As long as the flowers have not left our flower shop for delivery, we can accommodate any changes that you need to make.

Will my flowers be left if no one is home?

Depending on weather and other conditions, your flowers may be left on a doorstep if requested. We can also leave the flowers with a neighbor and a door hanger letting the recipient know where they are waiting for them.

Will you contact the recipient?

Usually, we will make sure someone is home before delivery unless otherwise requested.

Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?

The floral recipe will be the same, and the flowers will look as close as possible to the photo. Please keep in mind that the images are one side facing so the customer can see all the flowers in the arrangement. This means that it will be more rounded when designed by our skilled florists.
